In the January issue of the magazine "Ranzuki," a special feature entitled "Akipoyo, though it's been three years" is dedicated to Ishikawa Akiko (19), the exclusive model for the same magazine who goes by the nickname "Akipoyo." The feature looks back on her tumultuous history since her debut.

Akipoyo became an exclusive model at the age of 15 through an introduction by an acquaintance. She had built up her career smoothly through beauty, fashion, and solo projects. However, her appearances gradually decreased due to the success of junior models. In addition, the feature introduces her tumultuous three years, including her private life such as her decision to repeat a year in school and her breakup with her boyfriend of one and a half years, in a chronological format.

In the interview, Akipoyo confessed her true feelings, saying, "I thought I wasn't cute," and cried a lot when a junior model debuted on the magazine cover before her, causing her to feel crisis. However, she realized that she had been spinning her wheels and said that her way of thinking gradually changed as she realized the meaning of "broaden your perspective" and eliminated her overly aggressive side.
